Question 2000 Dodge Caravan overheating with A/C

I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan Sport. Everytime we turn on the A/C, the van overheats. About 4 months ago, one of the radiator fans burned up. We replaced the fan assembly and the fan module - everything was fine. About a month ago, the A/C compressor died, so we had it replaced - everything was fine. About 2 weeks ago, one of the radiator fans burned up, so it was replaced again as well as the module. Since then, the van overheats anytime the A/C is on. We have had the cooling system flushed, then replaced the radiator, the thermostat, the water pump, the fuses, did an oil change and checked the freon levels. We still overheat anytime the A/C is on, even when it is only 85° outside. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

are the fans running? With the a/c on even at an idle, the fans should be cycling.

But are the fans running at high speed? With new radiator, water pump, t-stat, and two new fans, my questions are:

Was the fan relay installed properly? See the link below for the warning on these relays.

Cleaned the radiator fan ground connections in the radiator fan breakout and the left frame rail?

Cleaned the bugs off condenser coil?
