How do I program a 2007 GC with power locks to open all locks when the van is turned off. I have tried the various instructions in the book but nothing. Don't know if it has EVIC since there is no menu on the overhead console. Does have power sliders, lights flash when opening, one push on remote for driver door, two for all others, and all the little icons for doors open tailgate open etc in the dash.

 

I think you can program it with the Scanner. Talk to ur dealership and see if they can help the next time u drop by for anything.
