Help 2003 dodge carvan

I have a 03 caravan, it has started to make a grinding noise while driving and the pedel feels as if it is stuck in place. While the grinding noise is on, accelerating. Is very slow. What could be causing this?

Where do you hear the grinding from? I'd guess brakes? Wheel bearing? Is it only when moving or when engine is running? When you say pedal do you mean accelerator or brake? Need more info.
