Default Brake, ABS, Trac Off - 2001 Caravan

2001 Caravan, 99,600 miles. Yesterday out of the blue, the Brake, ABS and Trac Off lights came on just after vehicle was started and stay on. Van doesn't have these features. Seems to run fine...no noises, no brake issues, nothing unusual prior.

Google search found Dodge Technical Bulletin about this issue with 2001 Caravans that DON'T have these features. Brakes work fine....were checked 2 months ago during regular oil change/tire rotation at our mechanic's shop. Van is only driven about 50 miles a week so hasn't gone more than 5-600 miles since.

Read where dealer has to reprogram cluster (I think) to get these lights to go off. I'm not a fan of our local dealer...have had several bad experiences and tire of their excessive diagnostic charges that typically cost $100 a pop. Is there any way to reset this myself?

Normally those lights would come on from a faulty wheel speed sensor, but I cant explain why if there is no abs/wheel speed sensor. Perhaps the ecm/bcm is given a dummy signal from the output sensor on the transmission so they don't have to have a separate computer?

I ran the instrument test and it returned these error codes:

100.1 ABS COMMUNICATION FAULT
100.3 EATX COMMUNICATION FAULT
100.4 FCM COMMUNICATION FAULT
100.5 ORC COMMUNICATION FAULT
400.1 IMPROPER POWER DOWN DETECTED

I'm not sure what all those mean but appears to be an electrical issue to me. Is there any harm in not fixing this? It's an 11 year old van that I only drive to and from work.

Or is there a way to reset this without having to go to the dealer?
