When the parking brake is set (or put on), should one or both wheels be able to be turned by hand when the vehicle is raised off of the ground?

On our van, the driver's side rear wheel will turn freely, and the passenger side is locked.

Both sides should lock, bad calipers are quite common on those vans so it wouldn't shock me it you needed new ones.

No repairs done, pulled off the left rear wheel to check brake pad/rotor condition as we just recently had new tires installed and the shop recommended we replace rear rotors & pads, this at 30k miles.

Rotors appear fine, and pads have a good 1/8th" remaining.

Looks like a trip to the Dodge dealer.

Thanks for the reply also Tizzy1.
