I had the issue with the flashing climate controls. I did the reset and kept failing the cooll down test, so I figured I would wait for summer to fix it. Today I was driving home and noticed the recirculate light was off, and the air light was on but not flashing. I pushed the button and it went off,question is how did it fix it's self. I forgot to mention the lights had flashed for weeks before this.

 

Typically they will flash for 15 minutes after starting then go off and come back on the next time you start the van. If they aren't coming back on you are a lucky sole.

 

True went back out to leave 20 minutes later, and they are back flashing.
