Default 1999 caravan dash lights flicker

My sister told me her dash lights have started to flicker recently she has the 3.3l.

Says it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold in gear or not. I suspect a fuse somewhere just have no idea. Only thing I've ever done to a caravan was replacing her water pump.

Also couldn't find anything on google so any advice would be apreciated.

Fuse? no. The lights don't have a dedicated fuse. The lights are powered by the Body Control Module (BCM). That and when a fuse blows it cuts power. You wouldn't have any lights.

Try resetting the BCM. Remove the IOD fuse in the PDC (next to battery) for 2-3 minutes. Check battery connections. Make sure they are clean and tight.
