rusted heater hose on 2004 Caravan
2004 Dodge Caravan Sxt, 6 cyl. Coolant is leaking from rusted metal hose that runs from heater to water pump.
There are small pin hole leaks in the metal hose and has to be replaced. This metal hose runs behind motor. One end connects to small rubber hose at water pump and other end connects to rubber hose coming off heater. Can I replace this entire run with a rubber hose instead of getting a new metal hose? It would make the job a lot easier but I don't know if this is right. If so, what size hose would I need ? Also is there somewhere on the web where I can see an illustration? Thanks for your help.
