my heater will not work if i am parked. when i get out on the open road it will blow adequate heat at seemingly higher speeds. As well, the passenger side vents are very cold while the drivers side is only cool. I checked my antifreeze level earlier this evening and while down some it is not empty. It would be greatly appreciated if anybody had suggestions for me. My van is a 2005 Dodge Caravan
