front hub and bearing
getting ready to do front hub and bearing on my 1997 voyager and would appreciate any advice as I have never done them before. what tools? where to get parts? junkyard? should I just bite the bullet and take it somewhere? I don't want to get in the middle of it and then realize I don't have the tools or know how so if it is a difficult job I'll take it to a mechanic.
Job is best left to air tools and never use a used wheel bearing. It's not an overly tough job, but it can be a nightmare to get the hub free from the spindle. Add to that the center bolt for the CV axle is never easy to get off by hand. If you don't have air tools I'd pay someone to do.
