Wierd problem. I replaced all my spark plugs on my 2005 caravan 3.3l with Champion plugs, last year. I have now had to replace 2 of them because they malfunction. I came up with fault code 0306 (misfire #6 cylinder) for the last spark plug, but can't remember which was the first spark plug to go bad. The engine starts to hesitate a little, then really miss, then check engine light....a new spark plug cures it.

Can it really be a bad batch of champion spark plugs or is something happening with the electronic igntion system to damage the plugs????

Did you make sure the gap was correct before installing the plugs? It is possible that you got some plugs that were prone to fail, I have in times past.
