Default raising the gran caravan

there appears to be two methods to raise the caravan
  1. a set of "shims" 1" , 2" or 3"
  2. a set of air bags in the coil springs
i need 3" elevation any body with suggestions????

You can raise the rear easily with airbags but if you try to raise the front 3" without a complete suspension lift kit (including strut mounts) you'll throw the front suspension completely out of a safe geometry.

EDIT: You'd also have to hand fabricate anything for the front as there would be nothing in the aftermarket. For the rear there are lots of airbag kits.

There are aftermarket kits, just no one sells it publicly like Jeeps.
Well, If you look under the handicap conversion, they have spacer that shims the subframe and strut mount. On top of that, for 3", you also need to extend ur brake lines.
Rear could use air bag or longer spring. You should probably call those Handicap conversion company and see what they can do for you. Nothing beats getting advice from professional who does these type of work everyday.
