Default 96 caravan instrument cluster

I pulled the cluster and soldered every joint I could. I put it back in and now have working fuel and temp gauge's but no speedometer or odometer. Not sure what to do now. Checked all the fuses, there all good. What could be the issue now?

Depress and hold both odometer ***** then turn the ignition switch to on/run (not start). Within a few seconds the odometer and shift select indications will cycle and start the instrument cluster diagnostic test. Eventually the gauges should cycle through 4 readings as follows:

CALIBRATION TEST
The CLUSTER CALIBRATION table contains the proper calibration points for each gauge. If the gauge pointers are not calibrated, a problem exists in the cluster. If any gauge is out of calibration, replace the cluster. If absolutely nothing happens you may have lost power to the cluster.

CLUSTER CALIBRATION SPEEDOMETER CALIBRATION POINT
1 0 MPH (0 KM/H)
2 20 MPH (40 KM/H)
3 60 MPH (100 KM/H)
4 100 MPH (160 KM/H)
TACHOMETER
1 0 RPM
2 1000 RPM
3 3000 RPM
4 6000 RPM
FUEL GAUGE
1 EMPTY
2 1/4 FILLED
3 1/2 FILLED
4 FULL
TEMPERATURE GAUGE
1 COLD
2 1/4
3 3/4
4 HOT

ODOMETER SEGMENT TEST
If a segment in the odometer does not illuminate normally, a problem exists in the display.

ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION RANGE INDICATOR SEGMENT TEST
If a segment in the transmission range indicator does not illuminate normally, a problem exists in the display.

After closer inspection, I have noticed that the fuel and temp gauge are stuck in the same position. The fuel is at alittle less than 1/2 a tank and the temp is at just under running temp line. I tried the test, but nothing happened. Guess it's time for a new cluster huh?

Before you buy a cluster, have your PCM checked. It may cost you a little, but well worth it in the long run.
