Does anyone know where the heater blend door is located in relation to the blend door actuator connection hole on a 2003 Dodge Caravan? The blend door actuator connection broke and I am trying to manuallly open the blend door with a hanger by using the hole as an access point.

If you have single zone heat, the actuator connects directly to the door. If you have dual zone heat, the door is behind the passenger blend door actuator which is the one on the bottom, closest to the firewall. Then there is two doors, the metal rod on the passenger door actuator runs the passenger door and the lever runs the drivers blend door.
