Default 2002 test reset

Just replaced several lines that were leaking on my 2002 dodge caravan, that I found with a homemade smoke machine. How long would it take for the computer to check
the ldp to see if its been replaced,as I do not want to clear it myself for fear of not
know if its fixed immediately.Thanks

It takes 3 good trips for the PCM to turn off the lamp. If it was a small leak, it could take a couple of weeks because it takes the right sequence to get the monitor to run.

Wow that was quick.Thanks.I replaced a few hoses months ago that were visibly
cracked. Now with my smoker I found the hose running to the canister under neath the car pouring out smoke through a crack I missed before.Hopefully
I found it this time since the only other place I saw smoke was out of the
ldp vent valve opening.

Vent valve is also another very common leak point, I would replace it as well.
