Default Second row seat covers for my 2012 grand caravan?

Wondering if you have any recommendations. Have 2 kids in car seats, and when winter starts their boots will make a mess of the seats since they rest right on the seat when in their car seats. Really just need the bottom covered, but will probably have to buy a full cover I assume.

Personally, I'd just use a bath towel. It'll need cleaning often and that will be easy to do using a towel. Road salt and grime will just soak through a cloth car seat cover.

They do have seat covers made from materials other than cloth. They also have 'seat protectors' that are designed for under car seats. They don't cover the sides of the bottom though. A towel may work fine, but I'd kind of prefer something at least somewhat more pleasant to look at on the seats of my brand new van.

I'm from Massachusetts and I live in Ontario now. We had to deal with lots of muck for the kids to walk around in when they were little. The seat covers on our seats needed cleaning every 2-3 days. I ended up pitching them because it was a huge pain in the a$$ to pull them off an on that often. Towels were simple to install, simple to remove and even easier to clean. I don't quite understand how a towel can be so unsightly considering you can get them in any range of colors and designs, but the choice is yours.

It really depends on where you live, if you are in any of the snow belts, you'll want something easily removable so it can be cleaned often.

Check the baby department of your local department store (i.e. Walmart, Kmart, Target, etc.) or kids/baby store (i.e. Babies-R-Us). We got ours that covers the seat bottom and about 3 inches up the back but I think there were other versions available too that covered more or less. We also picked up protects for the backs of the fronts seats to prevent marks from kicking. Been using them two years without complaints.
