Default bad sensors? need advice or diagram

I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan 3.0 v6. My timing belt shredded to pieces while i was driving. I removed the shreds and replaced the belt. Now the motor cranks but will not start. I'm not getting fire. Haven't done any electrical testing. How do i check the camshaft sensor and crank sensor? also when i turn the key i can hear clicking from the fuse box under the hood. Is that normal?

I thought the 3.0 was an interference engine...?
Have you done a compression test? Does the engine turn over a lot faster than it used to?

It does seem a little faster. I'm not sure if it is or is not interference. I've heard it is and that is not interference motor. If it its interference that means the valves did get bent or broke when the timing belt broke or they have a greater chance of breaking?
