i am wrecking a 1992 caravan with 15 in rims and want to use them for snow tires on my 2007
caravan that has 15 in rims
the 2009 rims seem to be 1/2 in wider than the 1992 rims
has any one tried this, is there a clearance problem with going to a narrower rim and interfering with the brake calipers
and no i have not removed them from the old van yet to test this out

you should have no problems with a narrower rim.

 

the rims of a 1992 do not fit the 2007
the brake caliper is much larger on the new van
