I just purchased a dodge caravan 2013. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to lower the drivers seat. it's the se model with manual seats but when I set in it my head almost touches the ceiling. any options would be appreciated. I would even consider changing to a power seat and buying one from the dealership but the mechanic there said it cannot be done. please help.

 

does your van slightly hesitate when on idle?? if u haven't noticed ... look for it. its the strangest thing. you will feel a slight shutter when on drive with brake on. let me know

Funny you should mention it. I was driving it just last night and noticed a slight miss when in idle with a slight hesitation coming out of a stop. Wonder what this issue might be?

 

yea.... now try this. reverse on an uphill slowly. for example an uphill driveway. It will vibrate even more. What upsets me is that I have taken it to the dealer for all these things and they keep telling me it is normal . I just don't see how this is normal . doesn't make sense to me

Apparently "normal" for a 2013 Chrysler Corp minivan. These complaints have come up on other forums concerning 2012 1nd 2013 Chrysler minivans with the same result - it's normal. Sad that folks pay upwards of $30K and more and wind up with this new "normal".
