Question IPM Fuse & Relay Centre

I have 2002 Dodge Caravan, i have problem with the headdlight...when turned on, if the right side is on the left would be off and sometimes vice versa...I figured out that the FRONT CONTOL MODULE ( similar to the attached photo http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-05-CARA...sories&vxp=mtr) attached to the box is loose...every time I tighting it up it works for a while and then stops and the problem starts again...I cleaned it with spray I bought specially used for electical wires and connection...the problem remains...it seems that the pins on the module are wearing out or? any helping solution would be greatly appreciated.

Often times you have to slightly bend the bigger spade contacts to make sure they make good contact. As I recall it's contacts 3 through 6 for the headlights on the FCM. A poor design.

Thank you for the reply...I tried and bent the bigger spade as suggested...worked for a few hours and then the same problem again...it is funny that when I tighten the screws and the module attached to box it doesn't work, but if I leave it loose it works for a while...the same if I place the box cover in place it doesn't work but if I remove the cover it might...right now I had the cover removed...could it be that some wires attached to the box are loose? and I wonder if any product out there to make the spade stick firm. Thanks for your help!

Wires attached to box? Sure worth looking at. Here's the pinout from the FCM to where they exit the IPM:

FCM..................IPM/Connector

RT High 4.............6/C1
Rt Low 6............10/C1
Lt High 5.............8 ?
Lt Low 3.............4 ?

Unfortunately the diagram doesn't state the connector the left headlights exit at on the IPM. May be able to trace them internal to the IPM or by wire color ID on the exiting wires. Left lights are white with light green or dark blue tracer
