Head gasket

I'm replacing both heads on my 3.3L '99 Grand with 170k. Is sealant required when installing the head gaskets and if yes, what type is recommended? Also, is thread lock required for any bolts?

Typically don't need sealant on head gaskets but I usually use the spray copper type. Shouldn't need thread lock either. Please get new head bolts and follow torque specs.
