Default 2009 Grand Caravan alternative headrest??

Is there such a thing as an alternative headrest, or one that will fit the 2009 model, for the Caravan? I am 5'1 and the forward positioning of the headrests, at any height setting, pushes my head forward at an awkward and painful angle.

I think you can pull it off, and flip it front to back. If you find that uncomfortable as well, maybe you can strap a neck rest in front of it.
But beware, Head rest's forward position is to protect you from neck injury in case of a rear end accident.

Actually, that's exactly what I've done for the moment. I have previous neck/back injuries and the position the headrest was in was already causing pain and potential damage. http://www.allocca.com/papers/Headrest.pdf This is exactly what I'm talking about, if anyone wants to read it. I may have to end up just leaving it or, like you said, using a pad to make up for the lean in the other direction. I know that's not ideal either which is why I was wondering if there were any alternative, or maybe even older model headrests that don't lean quite so far forward that would fit. Otherwise I love the van so if I can figure out a fix for this it'll be perfect. Heck, if I have to I'll just gut the upholstery and padding and buy some high density foam and shape and reupholster a new headrest on the brackets for the existing one.
