Default 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3L No Start after rebuild

I have 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.3L that that ran but had spun two rod bearings. I had the crankshaft replaced, cam good, two rod and pistons replaced, basically engine rebuilt. I have reinstalled the motor attached back to T-Axe as removed. Currently I do not have the radiator and fluid or Trans-Axe hot and cool return installed. All Electrical connections are installed. Does the PCM have to have the above two installed in order to close the ASD relay? The ASD will make close contact for 1Sec then open…Fuel pressure present. PCM is not happy therefore no spark even when I jump the ASD relay. CAM and Crank position sensors are good. Does the PCM need to see radiator fluid temp and trans fluid sense to fire on all cylinders? What am I missing?

Shouldn't need either fluid but I wouldn't run it without trans fluid. Take a close look at your crank sensor. Originally they have a paper spacer to set it at the correct distance from the flexplate. Other than that recheck all your wires especially grounds. I've installed many engines and had no fire because of a missed wire.

Check that the cam sensor is fully seated and the hold down bolt goes into the slot easily to tighten the sensor down. I had a similiar situation that the sensor was not in all the way and had no fuel to the cylinders.
