Default 2005 caravan has trouble starting

I have a 2005 Caravan that I have owned since it was new. I have always had starting problems when the weather turns cold. It will not start so here is what I have to do. I turn the key and listen to the fuel pump pump gas. I do this about three or four times. Then it will start but immediatly die unless I keep the throttle pressed down. I set there and let it warm up but if I take my foot off the gas it will die. I have to use my left foot for the break and keep the gas going with my right to put into drive and start moving. It will die if I don't keep giving it gas at a stop sign, stop light etc. Eventually it gets warmed up enough to keep running. It has been frustrating every since I bought this thing. It seems like there is a sensor or something that is not telling the fuel injection to increase the fuel when it is cold. I wish it had a choke ha ha. Please help. Thanks

Owned since new and the dealer couldn't fix it? Did the dealer try reflashing the software?
Anyway, very few of the sensors are active until it warms up enough to bring all of the emissions sensors on line. It's running in closed loop mode which means the O2 sensors are offline and the car is running on a computer fuel curve based on air flow.
After 7 years of this I'm sure that things like software, fuel pressure, air temperature sensor, mass air flow and or throttle body have all been checked out?
