Default New here hoping to get suggestions

I just bought a 2002 caravan se with a 6 flexfuel in it. It failed inspection. I fixed some of the problems but I still hav squealing in the engine area near the pullys. I put a new idler pully on. No change. And I got a 1193 code. Says its manufactuer specific, but no definition to what it is

Two sources say P1193 indicates inlet air temp sensor circuit high.

Thank u for the code def. The squealing starts as soon as I turn the van on. Is still ther as I rev it but faded. My torque wrench broke so wen I put the idler pully on its not torqeud to spec, didnt no if that is also contributing. Wen I spray just the belt with wd-40,i it stops for about a min.

Never dealt with one. It's got a two pin connector and the wires are dark blue with light green tracer and dark blue with a dark green tracer. Looking at a diagram it appears to be on the back side of the throttle body or just to the left of it on the duct.
