Shoud read Block Heater Plug not Heat Block Plug....you'd think I'm french or something!

Alright either I'm going blind or Dodge is pulling a fast on on me cause for the life of me I can not find the Block Heater Plug. Yet it states on the Manufactors sheet (Yes the one that was on the side of the window when I bought it) that it come with a block heater. So the million dollar question is where is it....because were getting some nice -20C weather out there now and I'd really like to plug my Van in. Cheers.....

 

It's connected to the drivers side inner fender just rear of the headlamp.
