Default Intermittent grinding noise

I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country 3.3 L

It has an intermittent grinding noise coming from the drivers side front wheel when braking. It doesn't happen all the time.
It may happen every time or 5 out of ten times.
Sometimes it doesn't happen for 2-3 days and then it will happen for the next few days but not every time

It sounds exactly like metal to metal brakes grinding into the rotors
Pads and rotors and calipers are new, front and rear.
It did this before brakes were replaced as well. Old brakes were not worn down completely, still had some pad life.

Sometimes when i hear the noise i also hear what appears to be a rubber noise as well, but mainly just hear the grinding noise.

Brakes stop fine, no warning lights are on and no noises while driving.

Anyone run into this before?

Thanks in advance

Joe

Appreciate the reply

I have checked ,nothing is loose at all.
No play in bearing,no noise at all while driving that would indicate a bearing going bad.
There is no indication of anything hitting on the rotor, caliper or bracket.
All looks ok.

Any other thoughts ?

Thanks
Joe

Sorry for not updating sooner

I found a TSB from Chrysler for a front brake noise.
It had updated pads and rotors.
Replaced the semi metallic pads with the pads and rotors in the TSB and problem solved.
The pads are ceramic so i imagine i couldve even got ceramic pads from AZ and the problem wouldve been solved also

The TSB only applied to 2008 Vehicles
But here is the TSB #05-006-08

I don't have a link to it. You may have to signup at alldata and buy a subscription to view it
