2012 Caravan - Questions on the 430 Unit
Hey everyone:
Just bought my second Caravan (2012) and traded off Old Red (2007). My new Crew has the 430 unit in it (code RBZ) and I've got some basic questions. Of course I've got a sales guy that's new and doesn't know much and I've been unimpressed with service at this dealer, but I'm in a small town and this was the right van. I've googled these things but can't seem to find a direct answer....
1. What's the current software version? I've got 33.00.41. If I need an update, can someone point me towards a download and instructions? I'm pretty nerdy, so with a small bit of handholding, I can get it done.
2. With the 430, should I be able to connect an iPod and/or iPhone to the front USB and control it from the vehicle? Seems like the manual says I should, but it doesn't work. I don't have a port in the upper glove box. Software issue?
