Default 2010 transmission cooler lines and dipstick...

Hey folks, i was wondering if anyone knew how hard it will be to change out the tranny oil cooler lines??? our 2010, which is just under 100 miles over the 36K waranty decided to start leaking tranny fluid!!! i happen to notice the leak just under the battery and leaking all the way down over the tranny and out the bottom. the dealer said its not covered under my extended care waranty and it would cost me 379 for the parts/labor and cleaning the oil off. I figured i can do it myself, i just need to make sure there are not "special" tools or tricks. Also does anyone know the part number for the dipstick so ican make sure the level is correct?? i found one on rockauto and it lists the dorman number but i want to make sure i get the right one. I have the lines on order now, they cost me 57 with shipping. thanks for any info!!

this what i hate about this vehicle is the transmission. i caint believe some idiot at chrsyler came up with the idea of no dip stick in the tranny. all autos should have it. well dipstick is part of your problem other is that u have to know the tranny temperature. this done by computer and then using graph u know where its at.

i read that if you run the van for about 30 mins, then check it while running that it should give you the correct reading on the dipstick...i hope that information is correct...
