2010 Dodge GC SXT (Canadian model)

I have looked in the owners manual and can not find out how to turn of the headlights ON when I unlock using the remote. I have found the instructions if I had the EVIC but that I don't have.

Is there a way to do it?

im thinking this option is either not available or must be done at dealer that has to shut it off completely which probably will do the day running lights aswell which be ilegal.
