Hi Guys i am having a hell of a time getting the heat turn on for the passesngers right behind me. The dial shows its lock how do i unlock it so they can get some heat .

If it is manual temp control, the rear blower control has to be set to rear in order for the rear controls to work.

If it is an auto temp unit, then there is a lock button for the rear controls. It is 11 in the picture.

Thanks for your help but my van doesn't have a lock button but i figured it out. The rear like back 3 rd seating if the swtich is on the middle passengers can't use the air or controls it locks. But when its off the middle passengers can use the controls. Crazy
