So I have been having trouble with the drives side power door. Fist it would not close all the way and would just open back up. it would happen where is use the remote or the buttons inside. Now there is no power to the door at all. Door won’t open/ close, and the window does not work either. and ideas i can check first before going to a dealer.

 

There are software updates for the power sliding door module and the rear door module for those issues. I have also on occasion had to replace the track and motor assembly for the first issue. There could also be other issues but that is a good place to start
