Default Scratching head - No start after swap?

Hey all- I just completed my first engine swap. Watched my dad do a few growing up. Now it was my turn. I have a 03 Grand Caravan 3.8L and swapped in an engine from an 05 Grand Caravan 3.8L. It took me almost 5 weeks of a few hours each night, but I got it done, and I was confident it would start up. I switched over all the sensors like I should have. It does turn over. I have spark. The van has 1/4 tank of gas. I took off the fuel rail and had someone crank it to be sure I'm getting fuel and that the injectors weren't clogged. There are no codes except for the one that says that the battery has been disconnected withing the last 50 starts. I double checked that I connected everything. I haven't a clue where to check or where to start. Does anyone have any ideas to throw my way??? I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

If everything else seems in order, could it be a timing issue?

I think you will probably have to change your cam sprocket to the older style as 2004 and later was changed to accept a newer engine management system. Your system now probably is having trouble finding #1 TDC for timing
