I have a 2000 caravan the left turn signal stays on I have tried a new multiswitch a new flasher relay I even went and got a new fuse box. i attempted to trace the wires from the switch to the fuse panel looking for shorts. The hazards work fine the right side turn signal will not come on at all while the left is flashing. Any help would be great I would hate to get rid of it because it will not pass inspection this way. thanks

 

Try tilting your steering wheel up and down. The same happened to my '06 Caravan and I did that and the turn signals started working again.

 

my hazard lights worked, both turns didn't work, it was the no.12 fuse, and a short,
the dealer fixed it.
