Just curious, does any one have a ball park figure of the cost of a remote start kit installed from the dealer? I have a 2010 SXT. Thanks

 

We charge about $500 out of the door. Parts itself is about $280 ish+ tax. comes with 2 extra keys.
Just ask anybody, if you really want a remote start, do NOT go aftermarket on these newer cars, even tho the initial cost is cheaper, but it will cause you a lot of problems in the long run.

After asking 2 different dealers I went aftermarket becuase of there statements. I was 315 out the door for the middle ground viper system.

Couldnt be happier and have never had an issue yet. Mine's an 08 and has been an excellent investment for us. Dealer here in PA wanted 579 for the install.

I just paid $272 installed for a alarm/remote start/key less entry from Car Tunes in Michigan

 

I called one of the dealers today. The kit is 280 and 130 to install. I have an appointment for next Thrusday. I think it's a great deal. Plus I get to new key fobs.
