My van is starting to not put out heat all the time. It seems as though when we are driving it will get warm but nothing like it should. Even when engine temp has been at operating temp the air coming out is cool. Any advice? Thank you

How long does it take for the needle to reach the middle of the temp gage?
If longer than normal replace the thrmostat.
