Default PLEASE help. 2005 grand carvan no brake lights or rear turn signals

I noticed my blinker flashing fast the other day, and when I investigated I found that I had no brake lights at all, and neither of the rear turn signals are working. The front signals and hazards (front only) work. The guy at the auto store suggested I check the ground for the towing package harness, and it seemed to be just find/no corrosion. Is this a typical problem with these vans? anyone have a solution?

Once my wiring diagram source comes back on line I'll be able to get you more info but for now you know the fuses are good as they protect left and right side circuits and not front and back circuits. The Front Control Module (FCM) controls exterior lighting. That's that silver box bolted to the front of the IPM (fuse box). Try removing it and reseating the connection several times. This will clean microscopic corrosion screwing up the works. First disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent FCM damage.

Rear parking lights and license plate lights work? If you can find a way to disconnect the tow package harness you'll eliminate a weak link.
