Hello I would like to introduce myself my name is Brant and own a 2004 Caravan AE.. We are having a problem with our fuse panel, when it is started the daytime running lights do not come on and the washer fluid will not work till I push down on the plastic piece in front of the silver control module on the front of the fuse panel... Any help would be appreciated...

That silver box is called the Front Control Module (FCM). It has a hand in controlling many of the electrical accessories on your van including headlights and washers. The connection between it and the fuse box (IPM) can get corroded or the pins can loose contact. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable then remove the FCM. Inspect the connector for any corrosion. Clean it using electrical contact cleaner. Carefully install it and remove it again a few times to reseat and clean the pins. See if that helps.

Thanks Cougar41... I took the FCM off and cleaned a couple of times now, I think there might be something broke inside the fuse panel or the IPM.... How would I take the black cover off that is over the IPM wires??? Thanks again...
