I have a 2005 GC SXT with power sliding doors and Stow-N-Go. This van is an early 2005. My father inlaw originally bought it in April of 2004. Now we own it. My question is how can I get the hazard lights to start flashing when I am opening the power sliders. My manual tells me to do the key on/key off cycle four times and on the final off to press the hazard lights button within 10secs and I should hear a single chime informing me that the hazard lights are now programed to flash when opening or closing the power sliders. I do this but never hear a chime and the lights still don't flash. Am I doing something wrong or was this feature not used on the early 05's.

 

I have a May 2005 built 2005 GC with stow n go and was able to disable this function using the method found in the forum here. I don't recall the exact details but there is a stick thread with owner programmable features and it worked for me.
