I have tried to get my side door to work without using the electric motor but It is very hard to move by hand. I can move it by hand when I disconnect the cable from the gear. It appears to be either the cable or a bearing on the motor that is holding it back. How do I get at the motor to remove the cable or to diagnose what the problem is. Any help will be appreciated.
