Default braking problem or ?

2003 caravan with 3.3L engine,
disc front drum in rear, non abs.

When braking there is a clunking noise coming from front end it seems the harder you brake the louder it gets, as well the faster you are going when braking the faster the clunking. The brakes seem to be fine, no real feed back when braking like the clunking would indicate.

The rotors and pads were just replaced, everything looks good there.
I had the front end on jackstands, put the wheels back on and put in drive and applied the brakes. No sound then.

Thinking CV joint?

Thanks
James

I'm thinking either CV joint or some front suspension bushing or ball joint has failed or worn out.
