Not sure if its a ground effect or a fender extension or what.
Tried searching to no avail.

It is called sill cladding. It comes in black or paint as required if it was body color. The part number for the black one is 1CZ99RXFAA and list price is $124. The painted part, which will have to be painted to match is 68069673AA and also lists for $124. Pretty spendy for a 5" piece of plastic.

I don't mean to bring back this thread from the dead, but mine is missing also !!!! Do they just fall off or did something break to cause it to fall off? Just wondering because I want to buy the piece and want to make sure that something else doesn't need to be fixed before putting this part on
Anybody know?

Just push pins and plastic clips retain it. Bump it too hard and off they come. Usually just need the new piece.
