2008 Grand Caravan Power Steering
I am beginning to hear some noises as I make turns in my 08 Grand Caravan ~40k miles. I came across some TSB summaries (2008 Dodge Grand Caravan Steering Service Bulletin 288589) that might be the cause. Does anyone have the complete Bulletin and could share?
Also, my research shows that prior Caravan models had issues with the Reservoir Screen, does the same issue exist with a 2008 model?
Thanks For your help!

Sorry but Chrysler TSB's aren't listed by numbers like that. The only steering TSB is for leaking return line. There is a suspension TSB for Clunk, Chuckle or loose lumber sound when going over bumps at slower speeds. What is your issue?
And no, the reservoir is not an issue with the '08 and newer models.

Thanks for taking a look.
I am interested in the leaking return line. I must say, that I do not have a major oil leak. As I was looking into the noise, I could see some dust build up and could see darker spots on the hose with residue, which got me looking into a leaky hose.
You are correct, I called the dealership and the '08 reservoir does not have the same issues.

I know, I work for a dealer
Depending on your vehicle's build date, that hose was also involved in a recall. Sept 3, 2007 - March 17, 2008 is the span for the recall, if you are within those dates (recall H16). Otherwise, the TSB number is 19-002-11, I would love to post it but I have been having issues in that department since the new update on the sight.
