Help us help you...

1. Where are you driving from? From the information you provided I can't tell if Minnesota is a 5-mile drive or a 3,000 mile drive for you, or whether you will be going over mountains, deserts, etc.
2. Do you have records of when the last oil change, tune up, and radiator flush were?
3. Any problematic symptoms with the van like sluggishness, bogging, rough idle, etc.?

edited to add:
Assuming Minnesota is a long drive for you, there really is no prescribed "service" to prepare the van for a long trip. As long as the car has been maintained as it should be anyways (oil changes, tune ups, regular inspections/service of battery, tires, brakes, suspension, steering, etc.) and there are no problems otherwise, I don't see what else you can do to prepare the van for a long trip.

I totally agree. We've been driving our 2001 back and forth from Illinois to Maine(2200 mile round trip) at least once a year and often twice since it was new. Other than changing the oil and being sure that everything is up to snuff, I've never done anything in advance of a trip.
At 193,000 miles, it's never let us down.
