Default Van shakes between 40-50 MPH. Please help.

I have a 2000 dodge caravan, and have a problem with it shaking at speeds between 40-50 mph. It mostly does it when going up a hill, but it's done it on flat ground too. I can release the gas pedal and it will stop instantly, it doesn't even change speeds but it quits. The tires were recently changed and balanced, CV joints were replaced, wheel bearings were replaced, tie rod ends were replaced, transmission fluid was changed as well as the transmission filter. And I'm running out of ideas, so any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

John.

Those were replaced as well. I'm wondering if maybe it could be a sensor, but I'm really at a loss here.
