Default 02 Caravan transmission problems

I have an 02 caravan sport with 149,000 started giving me problems about a month ago, went into limp mode, showed P0720, P0731, P0601 and P0700, the P0601 has been there for about four years now, it has never really effected the way the van runs, anyhow I replaced the output speed sensor and cleared the codes, van ran fine for 3 weeks when it went into limp mode again. I checked the computer again and had the same codes. Tried replacing the input speed sensor and solenoid pack, I know its not the best way to troubleshoot a problem, throwing parts at it based on OBD codes but I`m on a tight budget. Now with warmer weather its acting up again, speedometer jumps around when you put it in drive until you start moving, acts like it is jumping in and out of gear when sitting at a stop, went into limp mode again with the same codes, runs great down the highway. I did check speed with my code reader when speedometer was jumping around and the speed on it jumps around too. I`m no professional mechanic but it just seems more like a control issue than an acctual problem with the transmission, am I just wishful thinking or could I have a TCM or connection problem? Please help.

Thank you for the info, allthough I have allready ordered a reman TCM, I`ll let you know how it turns out. Still hopefull its a control problem and not the transmission. I also have a 97 caravan and there was no question when the transmission failed on it, it made a loud bang and went into limp mode. I changed that one myself and it was not a fun job, not looking forward to doing it again.

Well, no luck, replaced TCM and still have same problem so I replaced the connector to the output speed sensor still no luck, spedo still jumps around transmission bucks, I think it is shifting from 1 to 2 but am not for sure. I guess next stop is the transmission shop. Damn.
