i have an 01 grand caravan and the instrument cluster lights dont work all the bulbs were burnt i changed them and still nothing the only fuses i could find were under the hood. are there more fuses somewhere or what else could cause this any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Try removing the IOD fuse in the IPM for 2-3 minutes. This will reset the data bus and the Body Control Module, the brains of the data bus. The BCM controls the lamp drivers for the cluster back lighting and many other panels.
