2012 Caravan Crew: No Low Fuel Wanring Light After Reprogram PCM Recall

The van is a 2012 Caravan Crew, with 38K miles on its clock .
The PCM reprogram job was done in Feb, 2013. After that, the Low Fuel light never came on even with about 1 Gal fuel in the tank. Based on 2012 Caravan owner manual says: The low fuel light bulb will come on with around 3 Gal fuel in the tank. See 2012 Caravan Owner Manual, P-306.
The low fuel light is amber color in EVIC Amber Telltale (ELECTRONIC VEHICLE INFORMATION CENTER), the light bulb is fine when ignition key is in ON position.
Question: Does Low Fuel warning function was disabled after PCM being re-Flashed?
Since the van warranty has expired, there is NO more FREE service from dealer.
