dodge grand caravan 2003 will clunk when shifting form P help please

my 2003 grand caravan 2003 3.3 will sometime hardshift (clunk) from P to any other gear other gear will go smoothly

Does the transmission do this when the car is warmed up?

How does the transmission fluid look?
