Have power locks, but the hatch does not have power lift.

It appears that locking/unlocking the hatch latch from the driver's door or the key fob is working only intermittently. With my hand on the latch assembly, I pressed the lock/unlock on the key fob and felt nothing clicking in the assembly. The key will not turn in the lock itself. All other power locks function normally.

Does anyone know which fuse controls the hatch power lock?

Does anyone have instructions on how to test this with a multimeter?
